The lamp must be returned to us in its original packaging (box...so please do not disgard it) together with the original adaptor cable. Upon receipt of the lamp we will test the lamp and if we find it to be faulty and free from signs of misuse/damage we will despatch a replacement lamp within 2 working days. Lead adaptors are guaranteed for 3 months. These are the terms under which we (INK) sell and you (the client) purchase the KOOL48 lamp. Please take extra care when transporting the lamp, especially the lead/adaptor, lead/adaptors that have been damaged cannot be replaced although we have made them available at cost for purchase. As a guide we advise that iLac/xLac be cured for 60 seconds (full power), iJel/JELLY PRO/Gel Paint/3D Gel for 60 seconds (full power) and Acrygel SYNC 120seconds (full power). Please only use the lead adaptor provided with the lamp, failure to do so will result in the invalidation of your warranty.
